About The Job
We are seeking for a visa officer who is familiar with Schengen, US, UK, Arab and Asian Countries.
Responsibilities
Provide detailed information to clients about visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for various countries.
Assist clients in preparing visa applications, including gathering and organizing required documents.
Submit visa applications to embassies or consulates, following up on progress and ensuring timely processing.
Communicate effectively with clients, embassies, and consulates to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Stay updated on visa regulations, requirements, and processing times for different countries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
Qualifications
HND/BSc degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
2+ years experience in visa processing and customer service.
In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in computer applications, including visa application software.
