About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Lagos. This mid-senior level role is pivotal in driving HR excellence across various business units, with a strong focus on both corporate functions and our restaurant operations. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR support and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring statutory compliance. This role requires a hands-on approach to HR, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational demands, and will play a critical part in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and support our diverse workforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment in both corporate and high-volume operational environments.
- Proven ability to manage performance management systems and drive employee development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience working within the hospitality or retail sector, particularly with restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in coordinating company-wide policy administration and audits.
- Ability to adapt group HR programs to operational realities effectively.
