Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead architectural design, master planning, and technical execution for complex projects. • Design Leadership: Drive end-to-end architectural project lifecycles from conceptual design and spatial planning through construction documentation and on-site administration.
• Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical drawings, construction details, material specifications, and regulatory documentation to ensure peak design integrity and code compliance.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary architectural liaison for clients, engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Team Supervision: Mentor and manage junior and intermediate architects, fostering technical growth and design excellence within the project team.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables strictly adhere to Nigerian building codes, zoning regulations, and quality standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Professional Accreditation: Must be a fully registered member of ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, project delivery, and team leadership.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in modern architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, 3D visualization/rendering tools).
• Core Competencies: Strong project management, contract administration, site supervision, and client presentation abilities.
