Videographer & Video Editor

Position Overview

The Videographer & Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that drives product awareness, lead generation, customer education, and sales conversion across Mixta Africa's portfolio. This role goes beyond content creation to translating the company's commercial strategy into compelling visual storytelling that showcases our developments, infrastructure, customers, and investment proposition across digital and offline channels. The successful candidate will help establish Mixta as a content-first real estate brand by creating always-on video content that builds trust, educates customers, and supports revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Storytelling & Product Marketing

• Produce compelling videos that communicate the unique value proposition of every development.
• Develop product explainer videos focusing on one key selling point per video and produce investment-focused content that educates prospective buyers.
• Create customer testimonial videos, resident success stories, and campaign videos aligned with commercial priorities.
• Create videos supporting product launches, sales campaigns, corporate partnerships, diaspora campaigns, webinars, and PR initiatives.

Video Production & Management

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, conducting indoor and outdoor shoots across all developments.
• Capture aerial footage using drones (where licensed) and record interviews with customers, executives, and partners.
• Produce event highlight videos and create construction progress updates.
• Develop production schedules, manage video equipment, organize media assets, maintain a video archive, and coordinate external production vendors where necessary.

Social Media & Brand Communications

• Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats.
• Produce content for CEO thought leadership, executive interviews, CSR initiatives, company events, internal communications, and recruitment branding.
