Community & Partnership Associate

Texture Science Labs

Remote

What you will do:

Own Regirl's community and partnership engine — building the relationships, partnerships, influencer network, events, and cultural moments that put the brand in front of the right people and make customers feel connected to it.

You will be responsible for turning Regirl's brand into a community people want to be part of. From identifying the right influencers and partners to creating meaningful experiences, managing product seeding, and finding opportunities for the brand to show up in culture, your work will directly shape how people discover, experience, and talk about Regirl.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, socially intelligent, resourceful, and naturally good at building relationships.

You should understand how communities, influencers, partnerships, PR, and cultural moments can be used to build a brand. You don't need to have done everything before, but you should have demonstrated experience in at least one of these areas and the ability to quickly learn and take ownership of the others.

You should be comfortable reaching out to people you don't know, creating opportunities where none exist, managing multiple relationships at once, and figuring things out without needing to be told exactly what to do.

We are especially interested in someone who understands the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, creator, and social media ecosystems and knows how to identify people and communities that Regirl should be part of.

Who this role is for:

You'll work closely with the Brand and Marketing team to build and execute Regirl's community, influencer, partnership, PR, and events strategy.

You will take a broad objective — for example, "we need to get Regirl in front of more women who are interested in beauty" — and turn it into specific people to reach, partnerships to pursue, communities to activate, events to create, products to seed, and opportunities to test.

This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to identify opportunities, build relationships, execute initiatives, and track what is working rather than waiting for someone else to provide a playbook.

You will be the person people turn to when the question is:

Who should Regirl be building relationships with, what opportunities should we pursue, and how do we get the brand in front of the right people?

This role is not for you if you're looking for a role where you simply schedule posts, send pre-written influencer messages, or execute events someone else has planned. It is for you if you enjoy being out in the world, meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into things that actually happen.

You should be comfortable attending events, travelling when required, and representing the brand externally.

Our environment is structured and performance-driven. We value Speed in execution, Teamwork in how we operate, Respect in how we communicate, Initiative in how we solve problems, Visibility in how work is tracked and communicated, and Excellence in the standard of output.

What You Will Own

  • Own Regirl's influencer partnership and product seeding strategy, from identifying relevant creators to outreach, relationship management, gifting, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, media contacts, communities, brands, organizations, and other partners that align with Regirl's audience and positioning.
  • Develop and manage Regirl's influencer and community network, building long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.
  • Plan and execute brand experiences including product launches, community events, influencer meetups, press days, and other activations.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can expand Regirl's reach, credibility, community, or customer acquisition.
  • Research and proactively identify media and PR opportunities that can put Regirl and its products in front of relevant audiences.
  • Coordinate press outreach, including identifying relevant editors and journalists, managing outreach, and supporting press kit development.
  • Develop and manage product gifting initiatives, including creating gifting concepts and packages that feel relevant to the recipient and the brand.
  • Own and maintain the gifting and partnership calendar, ensuring products, communications, follow-ups, and commitments are tracked and executed on time.
  • Manage budgets across gifting, partnerships, events, and PR activities, ensuring spend is intentional and cost-effective.
  • Track and report on partnership, influencer, community, event, and PR performance to understand what is driving meaningful outcomes.
  • Identify seasonal, cultural, social, and industry moments where Regirl can participate authentically and creatively.
  • Stay current on influencer marketing, creator culture, beauty trends, media, community-building, and partnership strategies, and translate relevant developments into opportunities for Regirl.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure community and partnership activity is aligned with Regirl's broader brand and growth objectives.
