About the Role
A fast-growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape
and scale its product roadmap.
What You'll Do
● Define product strategy and roadmap based on user and business needs
● Write clear specs and manage the product backlog
● Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features
● Analyse product metrics to inform decisions
● Gather and prioritise stakeholder and customer feedback
● Communicate roadmap and progress to leadership
What We're Looking For
● 4+ years in product management, ideally in fintech or consumer tech
● Strong analytical and prioritisation skills
● Experience working directly with engineering teams
● Excellent written and stakeholder communication
● Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data
Salary
₦700,000 – ₦1,400,000/month, based on experience.
