Job Summary
The Inventory Control Officer (ICO) is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting inventory, warehouse, and collection centre activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and protection of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support stock counts across warehouses and collection centres.
- Supervise inventory activities within collection centres.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, pricing, and inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on warehouse and collection centre operations.
- Support procurement, quality assurance, and value-chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal warehouse procedures.
- Safeguard company assets against fraud and theft.
- Inventory control and business process analysis knowledge.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
