About the Role
A scaling company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to lead its finance
function.
What You'll Do
● Oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls
● Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
● Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators
● Supervise the finance/accounting team
● Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk
● Strengthen internal financial controls and processes
What We're Looking For
● 6+ years in finance, with leadership experience
● ICAN/ACCA/CFA qualification
● Strong command of financial reporting standards
● Experience in a scaling company preferred
● Strong leadership and stakeholder communication
Salary
₦600,000 – ₦1,200,000/month, based on experience.
