Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
  • Validate asset information (data and photos) submitted via the Office Track platform into SAV.
  • Perform analysis to assess the quality and relevance of the data
  • Consolidate the validated data and ensure all data going into the database is not only accurate but complete and timely
  • Conduct quarterly audits of app users to monitor user engagement and ensure efficient system use.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for ATC employees and Vendors on Office Track & SAV applications
  • Work with regional IT to ensure that technology is provided to users and supported
  • Ensures that the end-to-end data process, from collection to validation to consolidation and eventual use by the users is seamless and user-friendly
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements
  • Escalate any anomalies, erroneous data or exceptions to the Data Reporting Manager
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and IT security standards
  • Assist in the design and implementation of optimized business processes
  • Ensure that a log of issues is maintained and shared with regional IT
  • Ensure that all ATC Nigeria Forms are properly managed and functional
  • Provide reports and information as directed by the line manager
  • Assist with data validation tasks as directed by the line manager
  • Produce change logs and reports as directed by the line manager
  • Prepare and generate weekly and monthly asset reports in line with agreed templates, ensuring accuracy and timelines
  • Assist with training and user management support across all business applications being managed by ATC Nigeria.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE and COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent in the proficient use of Microsoft Excel. (Not limited to formulas, pivot charts, macros and specific commands and functions) etc.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work under the highest level of ethical standards per ATC Nigeria Code of Conduct and strict adherence to the Anti-Bribery Policy
  • Should have experience in managing multiple projects (business or I.T), preferably involving our existing EMEA I.T. platforms (e.g., Oracle, Siterra, SAV, Office Track, Salesforce etc.).
  • Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the American Tower organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
  • Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed
  • Experienced in facilitating and engaging multiple stakeholders with the intention to drive the change required
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions
  • Good IT skills in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI


FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE And COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, economics, finance, or accounting
  • 5 years relevant working experience with in multi-disciplined organization.
  • Wireless and/or telecommunications experience preferred but not essential.
