- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS), MBA in Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in hospitals, TPA departments, health insurance, or claim processing.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for negotiations and collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools.
- Customer-first approach and attention to detail.
