We are expanding our deployment engine and are hunting for a relentless Remote Influencer Marketing Contractor / Talent Scout to join the team. If you are obsessed with the creator economy and view negotiation like a high-stakes chess game, your seat at Utello is ready.

Your Contractual Scope of Work

As a contractor for Utello, you will own the frontline pipeline for our international creator campaigns. Your weekly focus includes:

- Talent Hunting: Sourcing 150+ high-potential creators weekly matching our international clients' niches using advanced digital parameters.

- Elite Outreach: Setting up and managing high-volume, automated email sequences to creators and talent managers.

- Ruthless Negotiation: Reviewing media kits, identifying leverage points, and slashing creator production costs without lowering video quality.

- Tracking: Manage your pipeline using Airtable/CRMs to ensure contracts are signed and content drops on time.

Compensation & Contract Perks

- Base Contract Retainer: 80,000 Naira / month (Guaranteed baseline to secure your time, data, and power logistics).

- The USD Upside (Uncapped Commission): You earn a 5% to 10% commission paid in USD on the exact margin you save Utello during creator negotiations

• Example: If Utello’s budget for a creator integration is $1,000, and your negotiation skills close that creator for $600, you keep

5% to 10%

• of that saved $400 margin ($20 - $40 USD bonus on just one closed deal).

- 100% Remote Contract: Work from anywhere. Escape the traffic and expensive daily commutes.

- Global Network: Deal directly with international brands and creators across the US, UK, and European markets.

Who We Are Looking For (A-Players Only)

- The Strategic Negotiator: You don't take "no" for an answer. You know how to elegantly counter-offer to get the best price.

- Flawless Communication: Outstanding written English. You can pitch professionally to a top US tech YouTuber or a major UK talent manager.

- Tech-Savvy Setup: You must have a functional laptop, a smartphone, and a highly reliable internet connection/power solution (solar, inverter, or heavy-duty power-bank backup).

- Self-Directed Execution: At Utello, we manage by outcomes, not hours. You control your time, but you must hit your weekly KPIs to keep the contract active.

This Contract is NOT For You If:</p>

- You are looking for a passive unpaid internship or a "learning experience" where you sit back. You must be ready to execute on Day 1.

- You want a comfortable 9-to-5 where you can hide behind your screen and do the bare minimum.

- You are afraid of cold outreach or sending hundreds of emails.

- You cannot handle high-pressure negotiation or direct rejections.
