As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.

This role works within or in close collaboration with regional service delivery, global product line and engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to ensure comprehensive incident management and robust corrective action implementation.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process and drive reliability throughout product and service lifecycles.
  • Leading and facilitating incident investigations, apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to prevent failures.
  • Participating in risk assessments, management of change reviews, deployment readiness assessments, and engineering design reviews.
  • Executing the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP), including FRACAS DMAIC management, cause mapping, and preparation of RCA reports.
  • Analyzing performance data, identify failure trends, track KPIs, and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating as a subject matter expert with engineering, service delivery, and supply chain teams while supporting new product development and special projects.


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline (or relevant industry experience)
  • Have at least of 5 years of experience in Wireline Operations or AMO
  • Being excellent in understanding of HSE, Quality, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and planning skills
  • Ability to work within a global matrix organization
  • Understanding of service delivery processes and technical business operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
  • Display effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills
  • Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve situations
