HubSpot CRM Technical Consultant

STRATUSstaff is looking for HubSpot CRM Technical Consultants to join our growing remote team.

We're looking for people who understand HubSpot — or have strong CRM, marketing automation, sales operations, or technical experience and are ready to develop deeper HubSpot expertise.

This is a hands-on role. We want people who can get inside a CRM, understand the objective, research what they don't know, configure the system, solve problems, document their work, and deliver results.

• HubSpot CRM setup, configuration, and administration

• Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and lifecycle stages

• Forms, lists, properties, and data management

• Workflows and business-process automation

• Lead management and sales operations

• Marketing and CRM automation

• Reporting, dashboards, and data quality

• Imports, exports, cleanup, and CRM organization

• Integrations and troubleshooting

• Documentation of configurations, processes, and completed work

Existing HubSpot experience is highly valuable.

You may already be a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Specialist, Implementation Specialist, RevOps professional, Marketing Automation Specialist, or technical CRM operator.

We're also interested in technically capable candidates with experience in other CRM or automation platforms who can demonstrate that they learn quickly, research independently, and take ownership of their work.

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems can be relevant.
