Job Summary

The Inventory Officer is responsible for tracking and monitoring stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels. The role ensures inventory integrity and minimizes losses while supporting smooth supply chain operations.

Major Responsibilities

1. Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records. 

2. Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. 

3. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.

4. Maintain compliance with inventory control policies and food safety standards. 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 

2. Certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management (e.g., CILT, APICS) is an advantage.

3. Minimum of 3-5 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics. 

4. Experience in stock tracking, inventory audits, and reconciliation. 

5. Knowledge of inventory management software and best practices. 

General Working Condition 

• Warehouse-based role with occasional office work for data entry. 
• Requires standing, lifting, and working in cold storage environments. 
• Shift work, including weekends and peak production periods.
