Role Overview The Operations Lead manages the day-to-day fibre network operations while driving sales and business development in Gwarinpa (Abuja) or Ikeja (Lagos). The role ensures reliable technical service delivery and supports customer base expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities • Lead fibre operations to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction • Drive sales initiatives to grow market share • Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues • Coordinate with technical teams for seamless service delivery • Monitor regional performance metrics and reporting • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies

Requirements

Qualifications • Minimum: Degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred) • Experience: Mid-level, 3+ years • Language: English • Location: Gwarinpa or Ikeja
