Responsibilities: Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, ensure patient safety, administer contrast agents, maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, document procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver accurate results. Provide patient education, monitor image quality, and uphold infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Completion of a radiology program specialized in MRI, at least one year of MRI experience, valid MRI license, current BLS certification, strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills. Physical ability to handle equipment and move patients, and capacity to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail.
Key Duties: Screen patients for safety, operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment, administer contrast media, monitor image quality, document procedures, and follow safety and infection control protocols. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
