Job Description

• Leadership of the entire Marketing function of the Group
• Articulation & execution of all Marketing Plans & strategies  
• Oversight of all company’s Marketing Mix elements
• Attainment of all periodic Marketing goals/targets
• Management of all Marketing related projects
• Oversight of all promotion & activation activities
• Management of the company as an institutional brand
• Introduction & execution of growth accelerating Marketing innovations
• Oversight of the entire customer experience value-chain
• Liaison with all Marketing related external agencies
• Optimal management of company’s customer data-base
• Management of promotional assets
• Motivation, discipline & empowerment of the Marketing staff
• Effective management of the company’s Marketing KPIs
• Presentation of all necessary periodic Marketing Reports

Job Specification

• Minimum of 15 years Marketing experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ Experience as a Marketing Manager in reputable commercial organisations.
• Some Brand Management Experience will be an advantage
• Minimum of a first Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Management
