Role Description:


Growvelt is looking for passionate, proactive, and community-driven individuals to join the Growvelt Ambassador Program.


As a Growvelt Ambassador, you will represent Growvelt within your online, professional, campus, or local community and help more people discover relevant career opportunities, jobs, learning resources, and tools available through the Growvelt platform.


This opportunity is ideal for students, graduates, job seekers, young professionals, content creators, and individuals who enjoy building communities, sharing opportunities, and helping others grow professionally.



What You’ll Do:


• Share relevant Growvelt job, career, and learning opportunities with your network

• Introduce job seekers, professionals, learners, and employers to Growvelt

• Create or share helpful career, job search, learning, or professional development content

• Promote Growvelt within your social, professional, campus, and local communities

• Tag @growvelt whenever creating or sharing content about Growvelt across social media

• Participate in selected Growvelt campaigns and community activities

• Provide feedback and insights about the needs of job seekers, learners, and professionals

• Represent the Growvelt brand professionally and positively

• Are interested in careers, technology, education, entrepreneurship, or professional development

• Are active on at least one social media or professional platform

• Enjoy networking, communicating, or sharing useful opportunities

• Are willing to actively participate in Growvelt Ambassador activities

• Can represent the Growvelt brand professionally

• Are willing to learn and grow with an early-stage technology company


Previous ambassador, marketing, community management, or content creation experience is helpful but not required.

This is currently an Ambassador Program opportunity and not a salaried employment position.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students, professionals, and employers effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain community relationships, including experience with outreach, networking, or campus/community leadership.
  • Comfort with technology platforms and digital tools, including basic proficiency in online job portals, social media, and productivity software.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, manage multiple initiatives, and report on activities accurately.
  • Demonstrated interest in skills development, career growth, and supporting emerging-market talent.
  • Experience working in education, community programs, or talent development is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, but candidates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abuja and collaborate effectively with a distributed team in the future if selected as founding ambassador.
