Creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. You'll work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the next chapter of our tools.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for one of our consumer surfaces
- Partner with PMs and engineers to scope and ship every two weeks
- Run user research sessions and turn signal into shipped change
- Raise the bar on craft through critique and design reviews
- 3+ years shipping consumer-facing product design
- Strong systems-thinking — comfortable in Figma and design systems
- Track record of pushing a feature from 0 → 1 → polish
- Strong written communication, async-first
- Worked at a fast-moving startup
- Front-end fluency (HTML / CSS / a little JS)
