At EBA, we believe every strong brand deserves the right opportunities to grow, and every growth opportunity deserves the right relationships behind it. As a Business Developer, you will identify, build, and nurture the partnerships and client relationships that fuel EBA's growth and the growth of the brands we work with.
Working alongside our strategists, account leads, and creative team, you'll spot opportunities, open doors, and turn conversations into lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads across brand architecture, marketing, PR, and event verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that communicate EBA's value and capabilities.
- Collaborate with strategists and creatives to shape proposals that are both commercially sound and creatively credible.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business growth strategy.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing, including negotiation and contracting.
- Represent EBA at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Work closely with the leadership team to set and achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in EBA's CRM/tracking systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client-facing roles, ideally within a marketing, PR, brand, or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and communications services and how they translate into client value.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confident presenting to and pitching senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable managing a pipeline independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting on pipeline/revenue metrics is an advantage.
- A strong network within relevant industries (corporate, entertainment, lifestyle, NGO, or events) is a plus.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a relationship builder who sees business development as more than closing deals — someone who understands that every partnership is a chance to extend a brand's story and reach. You're persuasive, personable, and always thinking two steps ahead about where the next opportunity lives.
