Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the bank’s online presence, engage target audiences, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

We are particularly interested in candidates based in Abuja who understand the Nigerian digital landscape and can develop effective marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow the organisation’s presence across social media and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track digital marketing trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Generate and implement ideas for increasing online engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and campaign results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented approach to marketing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market and digital consumer behaviour is an advantage.
• Candidates based in Abuja are strongly preferred.
