The key purpose is to operate the BTS, Water Treatment & Yeast Autolysis process to achieve minimal variability in product quality and maximum throughput whilst minimising waste.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Operating Yeast Drying production processes

Operate manual and automatic machines online
Ensure process quality and productivity for specific task responsible for
Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Work according to prescribed WI and SOP's

Perform administration

Complete PIMS & POMS during shift
Contribute to self-development

Problem solving

Complete 5 WHY's with PO, PA & Environmental Controller

Key Attributes and Competencies:

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma/BTech in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical
Completed In Service Training program
IOB Certificate Diploma (Mech/Elec)
