Project Manager
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of key company initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with G2M’s mission of building an inclusive commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for product launches, platform features, and operational initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans
- Ensure alignment between global sellers, logistics, and platform capabilities
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
- Open to work at a different time zone couple of days a week
- 3–6+ years of project management experience (tech, e-commerce, or startup environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments
