Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of
the office, ensuring a productive, organized, and efficient work environment. This role manages
office facilities, supplies, vendors, administrative processes, and provides support to employees
and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Manage office budgets related to administration and facilities.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Support onboarding of new employees by coordinating workspace, equipment, and

- Handle incoming correspondence, courier services, and office communications.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
Experience supervising administrative staff is an advantage.
