We are seeking a skilled Facility Support Technician to manage maintenance, grounds, and operations across our salon and shortlet villas, ensuring every client and guest experiences excellence.

- Oversee daily maintenance, lawn care, water and waste management, and operational support for the salon and villas.
- Support housekeepers and staff to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and a premium guest experience.
Operational & Maintenance Excellence
- Manage maintenance for salon and villas, including repairs, equipment checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee lawn care, water systems, and waste management.
- Ensure all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and luxury standards.
- Respond promptly to operational issues to maintain seamless client and guest experiences.
- Assist and support housekeepers and operational staff as needed.
- Coordinate with management on facility needs, supplies, and improvements.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across the salon and shortlet villas.
- 3–5 years experience in facilities management, hospitality, or technical support.
- Skills in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or grounds management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and support housekeeping and operations staff.
- Based in Akure or willing to relocate.
