Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital support role in ensuring smooth coordination, administrative efficiency, and seamless day-to-day activities of this dynamic petroleum information and marketplace hub. Key Responsibilities (expected):
- Provide strong administrative and operational support
- Coordinate team activities and schedules
- Handle internal and external communications
- Assist with marketplace operations, data updates, and process improvements
- Support the team in delivering timely petroleum price updates and news to users across Nigeria
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic data management
- Passion for the energy sector or interest in Nigeria’s petroleum industry is an advantage
- Previous experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles will be highly valued
Job Details
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Apapa axis preferred due to company office location)
- Employment Type: Full-time
