- Record transactions and maintain accurate books in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Process ACH payments and monitor for exceptions.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support VAT, WHT, and PAYE filings.
- Assist the Head of Finance with management accounts and reporting.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is an advantage.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
