WE’RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE & BRAND GROWTH MANAGER
Role: E-commerce & Brand Growth Manager
Company: Bave Design Studio
Work Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Industry: Web Design / E-commerce
Bave Design Studio is looking for a highly proactive E-commerce & Brand Growth Manager who understands what makes an online store work — beyond simply keeping the website updated.
We are a web design and e-commerce agency managing online stores for growing brands. We need someone who can look at an e-commerce business and constantly ask:
What can we improve? Why aren't customers buying? What are customers saying? What is affecting conversion? What could we do better?
You should have a strong eye for e-commerce, customer experience, product presentation, branding and conversion.
This is not a passive role.
We want someone who notices when a product image isn't good enough, when a promotion isn't being communicated properly, when a website journey can be improved, when customers repeatedly complain about something, when sales suddenly decline, or when there is an opportunity the brand is overlooking — and takes the initiative to do something about it.
You will oversee Bave Design Studio's e-commerce activities and selected client e-commerce accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Regularly reviewing client websites and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring sales, conversion rates, average order value, customer behaviour and other key e-commerce metrics
• Investigating changes in sales and website performance and recommending actions
• Improving product merchandising, collections, categories and customer shopping journeys
• Ensuring product information, images, pricing, promotions and website content are accurate and well presented
• Gathering customer feedback and identifying recurring problems or opportunities
• Working closely with our web design/development team to implement improvements
• Reviewing banners, graphics, campaign assets and product imagery and giving clear feedback to designers
• Sourcing strong creative references and inspiration where necessary
• Helping plan promotions, campaigns, product launches and e-commerce calendars
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, bundles, retention and repeat purchases
• Working with customer service, warehouse, inventory and other relevant teams where required
• Monitoring competitors and identifying ideas or opportunities worth testing
• Supporting email marketing, abandoned-cart, retention and customer lifecycle initiatives
• Following projects through to completion rather than simply making recommendations
• Preparing clear reports on performance, observations, priorities and recommended actions
We're particularly interested in someone with experience in one or more of the following:
E-commerce Management • E-commerce Operations • Brand Management • Digital Marketing • Conversion Rate Optimisation • Online Merchandising • Customer Experience • Shopify • WooCommerce • CRM/Email Marketing
You should:
• Be naturally observant and proactive
• Have a strong visual eye and understand good e-commerce presentation
• Be commercially minded and genuinely interested in increasing sales
• Be comfortable working with data and e-commerce KPIs
• Understand the customer journey from discovery to purchase and retention
• Be able to communicate clearly with designers, developers, marketers and clients
• Know how to research competitors and source useful creative references
• Be comfortable challenging weak creative or customer experiences and suggesting better alternatives
• Be organised enough to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
• Take ownership and follow through without needing constant supervision
Experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce, Google Analytics/GA4, email/CRM platforms, Meta advertising, analytics tools or e-commerce marketplaces will be an advantage.
We're looking for someone who cares about the stores they manage.
If something isn't working, you want to know why.
If customers are struggling, you want to fix it.
If sales decline, you investigate.
If an image, campaign or website experience could be better, you say so.
And when you identify an opportunity, you don't just mention it — you help make it happen.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. apply via the link and successful candidates will be contacted.
