At least 3 years of experience in consumer credit portfolio management or a similar credit risk role.

Solid SQL capability with useful Python experience for analytics or model support.
Demonstrable strength in acquisition optimization, portfolio management, or other practical credit-risk work.
Ability to explain risk tradeoffs clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
