Role Summary
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Product Lead, Financial Services owns the design, development and delivery of Agriarche's financial services roadmap, working closely with Engineering, the CEO, COO, CFO, partners and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Financial Services product roadmap and backlog.
- Lead the design of wallets, payments, cards, settlements, embedded finance, input finance and trade finance products.
- Manage financial services consultants and translate recommendations into executable product requirements.
- Work with Engineering to define APIs, user stories, integrations and releases.
- Lead engagements with banks, BaaS providers, payment providers and card issuers.
- Define commercial models and product economics.
- Support licensing strategy and regulatory engagements.
- Monitor product adoption, transaction volumes and product performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
- Professional Product Management or Digital Financial Services certification is desirable.
- 5–8 years in Product Management, Fintech, Digital Payments or Financial Services.
- Experience building digital financial products.
- Experience working with engineering teams and regulated financial institutions.
- Knowledge of APIs, embedded finance and marketplace platforms.
