About the Company

We are looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our team as Lead, Client Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client acquisition and retention, negotiating underwriting terms, overseeing claims administration and regulatory filings, and providing day-to-day guidance to the Technical and Client Services teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BSc in Insurance, Risk Management or a related field
• CIIN qualification or active progress towards obtaining it
• 4–5 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry

Required Skills

• Relevant underwriting experience is required
• Proven track record in client relationship management, retention and business growth
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Working knowledge of NAICOM regulatory requirements and returns
