Field Sales Agents

Cizonet Solutions Limited is recruiting Field Sales Agents on behalf of a client.

Work Arrangement: Field-based / Office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and business development activities.
• Convert qualified prospects into active customers.
• Drive revenue through customer acquisition.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Consistently meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Highly energetic, resilient and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to use mobile reporting tools and CRM systems.
