Responsibilities
Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and reflexology, depending on client needs.
Conduct consultations to understand client concerns, medical conditions, and preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil work environment in line with spa hygiene and sanitation standards.
Educate clients on available spa treatments and recommend aftercare or wellness routines.
Keep accurate records of treatments, preferences, and progress for returning clients.
Support spa events, promotions, and wellness packages when required.
Uphold a professional demeanor and deliver consistent, client-focused service.
Requirements
Proven experience as a licensed or certified massage therapist.
Deep knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and safety protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build client trust and deliver personalized experiences.
Passion for wellness, relaxation, and self-care.
