The Role
You will plan and forecast material needs across ipNX's engineering and infrastructure projects — ensuring materials are available, accurately tracked, and efficiently allocated. You report to the Head, Supply Chain Management and coordinate across Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to keep projects running without material delays.
What You Will Do
- Forecast material needs and maintain effective inventory levels for all FTTH and infrastructure projects
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, Form M processing, and full international trade documentation
- Liaise with clearing agents, customs officials, and government agencies to prevent seizures, delays, or demurrage
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best cost and lead time offerings
- Monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity and manage inventory accuracy across project sites
- Generate regular statistical reports and update MRP systems with accurate, up-to-date data
- Prepare monthly performance review reports and coordinate material delivery schedules
You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
University degree or HND in Management Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field — minimum 2.2
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Hands-on experience with procurement, logistics, and material planning
Proven experience managing LC transactions and international trade compliance
Strong knowledge of Nigerian import/export regulations and customs processes
Experience with MRP/ERP systems — PARIC or equivalent
Bonus: MBA/MSc | Contract management knowledge | CIPS certification

- You have fewer than 5 years in supply chain or procurement
- You have no experience with Letter of Credit or international trade documentation
- You are unfamiliar with Nigerian customs regulations and clearing processes
