Mortgage & Home Finance Officer - VI, Lagos

About the Role

Our client operates within the housing and real estate ecosystem and is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Mortagage and Home Finance Officer to guide clients through mortgage and property financing options.

Key Responsibilities

* Advise clients on mortgage products, financing options, and homeownership pathways.

* Understand client needs and financial circumstances before making recommendations.

* Explain eligibility, documentation, costs, timelines, and processes clearly.

* Guide clients through mortgage applications and documentation.

* Coordinate with financial institutions, developers, and internal teams.

* Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates throughout the process.

* Handle and escalate client concerns and complaints professionally.

* Support client engagement through campaigns, webinars, and outreach.

* Stay updated on mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage advisory, banking, financial services, or real estate consulting.

* Strong understanding of mortgage products and the Nigerian real estate/financial services sector.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management tools.
