Finance Operations Manager - Kaduna

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial management, operational controls, budgeting, reporting, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts, and cash-flow reports.

* Monitor expenditure, receivables, payables, and project financial performance.

* Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

* Oversee procurement, supplier payments, inventory, and warehouse financial controls.

* Manage banking relationships and working capital.

* Coordinate audits and statutory/tax compliance.

* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.

* Identify financial leakages, risks, and opportunities to reduce operational costs.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

* Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

* Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.

* Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, commodities, or project-based businesses is an advantage.

* Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems skills.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
