Method of Application: Physical submission only. Applicants must submit 25 hard copies of their application and supporting documents.
Tenure: The successful candidates will serve a single five-year term.

General Requirements for Top Roles:
Vice-Chancellor: Must be a Professor specializing in Medical or Health Sciences with at least 15 years of university experience (7+ years at the professorial rank). Candidates need a strong research background (minimum Google Scholar Citation Score of 1,500 and an h-index of 15), must submit a 1,000-word vision statement for the university, and must not be older than 65 by January 27, 2027.

Registrar: Must hold a good honors degree (minimum Second Class Lower), have at least 15 years of university system experience, and currently be a Deputy Registrar with at least 5 years of experience in the role. Candidates must not be older than 60 by January 27, 2027.
The recruitment is specifically for these four principal leadership roles and is completely separate from general academic or non-academic staff hiring.
