Purpose of the Job
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Aramex by increasing sales within assigned geographical areas and identifying new growth opportunities across various market segments. The Sales Executive will embody the values of Aramex and contribute to a customer-centric culture while promoting innovative logistics solutions.
Job Description- Conduct regular and purposeful visits to customers within the assigned geographical area, fostering strong relationships and trust to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and productivity KPIs, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and commitment to driving revenue growth.
- Actively generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research, expanding the client base while identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and grow existing customer accounts by migrating them into higher value tiers, ensuring long-term loyalty and maximizing revenue potential through tailored solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer visits, sales activities, and interactions using CRM software, ensuring transparency and effective tracking of sales progress.
- Prepare compelling proposals and quotations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Aramex services, customizing presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Actively promote Aramex’s diverse range of services to customers, educating them on solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
- Collaborate with billing departments to request adjustments on invoices as needed and coordinate with Credit Controllers to address any delayed collections promptly.
- Champion the use of Aramex e-tools among customers, highlighting their benefits in streamlining operations and improving overall service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
