Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Jęuun is a vertically integrated cloud kitchen food company built for modern urban life in Lagos. We produce and deliver Nigerian and fusion meals for everyday eating and every occasion, operating across multiple offerings and channels.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to own the flow of goods, materials, and resources that keep the business running smoothly.

• You will lead supplier management, procurement planning, logistics, and facilities across Jęuun.
• Your job is to make sure all kitchens have what they need, orders move when they should, supplier relationships are strong, and our operations remain efficient as we grow.
• You will work closely with the kitchen, finance, customer success, and leadership teams to plan ahead, manage costs, and keep the operation moving.
  

• Manage supplier relationships across ingredients, packaging, and operational materials
• Ensure the right products arrive with the right quality, quantity, and on time
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and payment days with suppliers
• Work with finance to align supplier payments with Jęuun's cash cycle
• Plan procurement using sales, stock, and consumption data
• Reduce stockouts, emergency buying, excess inventory, and avoidable waste
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality
  

• Coordinate outbound logistics across jeuun.com, delivery platforms, and corporate orders
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
• Manage scheduled bulk deliveries alongside daily on-demand orders
• Work with kitchen and customer success teams to keep production, dispatch, and delivery aligned
• Manage logistics partners and track delivery performance
• Improve systems and processes as order volumes grow
  

• Ensure Jęuun's Central Kitchen and other kitchens are clean, safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, equipment servicing, and other facility needs
• Manage cleaners, technicians, contractors, utilities, and other service providers
• Work with the kitchen team to maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards
  

• Strong stock availability with minimal preventable stockouts
• Reliable, on-time supplier deliveries
• Improved supplier credit terms and payment days
• Food, packaging, procurement, and logistics costs within target
• Strong order accuracy and delivery turnaround times
• Reduced emergency procurement and better forecasting
• Fast resolution of facility issues
  

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within food, hospitality, QSR, FMCG, or another fast-moving business
• Experience managing multiple sales or fulfillment channels
• Strong forecasting, planning, and inventory management skills
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing and credit terms
• Experience managing both bulk and on-demand fulfillment
• Strong understanding of the Lagos supplier and logistics environment
• Commercial judgment, strong organisation, and follow-through
• Confidence working across suppliers, kitchen teams, finance, logistics partners, and management
• Experience in a cloud kitchen, restaurant group, catering business, or QSR environment is an advantage. Familiarity with inventory management systems, procurement tools, ERP systems, kitchen dashboards, or similar operational software is also useful.
