The role involves handling customer enquiries, managing social media interactions, supporting content activities, and assisting with general administrative tasks.

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Manage comments, messages, and other social media interactions.
• Assist with creating and publishing engaging social media content.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support daily customer service and administrative activities.
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  

• Fresh graduates and serving NYSC Corps Members are encouraged to apply.
