House of Splendor Boutique Hotel & Spa is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Barman to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mock tails, wines, beers, and other drinks.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
Take and process beverage orders accurately.
Maintain excellent bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Monitor beverage stock and minimize wastage and breakages.
Handle guest bills, cash, and POS transactions accurately where applicable.
Ensure beverages are prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards.
Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and special events.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Comply with hotel policies, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO, OND or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Barman/Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.

Honest, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work under pressure.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
