Head of Security

A leading manufacturing Group is hiring for an experienced Head of Security. This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all physical security operations across the Group's manufacturing plants, distribution centers, warehouses, offices, and other business locations. The role is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization's people, assets, facilities, products, and reputation.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Group's physical security strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites nationwide.
• Establish security policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across the business
• Oversee the protection of all company assets, facilities, personnel, inventory, and critical infrastructure.
• Direct security operations at manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, depots, and corporate offices.
• Serve as the primary security advisor to executive leadership on security risks, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across business operations

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Military Studies, or a related field.
• Professional security certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in physical security management, with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading security operations across multiple locations within a large FMCG or manufacturing organization.
• Experience operating at a senior management level, preferably at General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) level.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies.
