Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer I to join our engineering team in Awka. You will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces and translating UI/UX designs into efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into high-quality code using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and cross-browser compatibility.
- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs with backend services.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux, Pinia, and Context API.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with modern frameworks including React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Proficient in Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Familiar with Git, version control workflows and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and state management using technologies such as Redux and Pinia.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3 and CloudFront.
- Experience working with Figma.
