Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Nurse in Nigeria recruting nationwide. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and performing wound care. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient health, providing home care, and offering patient care and support. The nurse will coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create care plans and ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nursing, Medicine, and Home Care
• Proficiency in Patient Care and Wound Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in providing care to aging adults is a plus
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
