The Beauty Adisor is responsible for supporting Zentaii’s physical retail experiences, including pop-up shops and experience hubs. This role blends customer engagement, retail operations, sales execution, and brand representation, ensuring every in-person interaction reflects Zentaii’s values, standards, and commitment to exceptional skincare experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
•Serve as a brand ambassador for Zentaii at the HQ experience center .
•Welcome customers warmly, recommend and provide personalized skincare guidance tailored to individual needs.
•Ensure every customer interaction is seamless, engaging and aligned with brand standards.
•Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and routines to drive trust and conversion.
Retail Operations & Store Management
•Support day-to-day operations of pop-up shops and experience hubs, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery.
•Support inventory control by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and flagging low stock promptly.
•Maintain visually appealing product displays that align with Zentaii’s brand guidelines.
•Communicate effectively with internal teams to address operational needs and resolve issues quickly.
Sales & Performance
•Execute in-store and assisted sales activities to drive revenue.
•Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase average order value.
•Actively promote in-store offers, loyalty programs, and special promotions.
•Track sales performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Events, Activations & Engagement
•Plan and execute in-store events, pop-ups, promotions, and experiential activations to drive foot traffic and engagement.
•Support co-branded activations within partner store where applicable.
•Monitor the success of events and initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.

Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty retail, experiential marketing, or customer-facing brand roles
- Experience managing pop-ups, activations, or in-store experiences is an advantage.
