Lead product development from concept to launch. We need an experienced Product Manager who can balance user needs with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy
Create and maintain product roadmap
Gather and prioritize product requirements
Work closely with engineering and design teams
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Define and analyze product metrics
Manage product backlog
Communicate with stakeholders
Drive product adoption and growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of product management experience
Proven track record of successful product launches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Data-driven decision making
Technical understanding (able to work with engineers)
Salary Range
₦500,000 - ₦1,000,000/month
