At Alma Ruse, we're building a creative marketing agency that helps ambitious businesses show up, stand out and get people talking.

We're looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor who knows how to turn ordinary footage into polished, engaging content.

You'll work across fashion, beauty, hair, accessories and lifestyle brands, creating Instagram Reels, TikToks and paid social advertising creatives.

We're not looking for someone who simply adds transitions and trending sounds. We want someone with a strong creative eye who understands pacing, storytelling, visual appeal and what makes people stop scrolling.

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks and short-form video advertisements.
• Transform raw product footage into polished, visually appealing content.
• Create reusable video templates tailored to different client brands.
• Produce approximately 20–30 short-form videos weekly, primarily using established templates, with output varying according to complexity.
• Edit advertising creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Handle basic colour correction, sound, transitions and visual enhancements.
• Work across multiple brands while maintaining their individual visual identities.
• Follow creative briefs, manage deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Proven experience editing short-form social media videos.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your editing abilities.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• A good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and social media advertising.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Experience creating reusable video templates.
• The ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
• Reliable internet access and a computer suitable for video editing.

Bonus: Experience editing fashion, beauty, e-commerce product videos or Meta advertising creatives.
