WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Are you someone who can turn opportunities into partnerships and conversations into business growth? Avail International Consult Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline

Develop and maintain valuable client relationships

Prepare and present business proposals

Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities

Follow up on prospects and convert opportunities into business

Support the achievement of business development and revenue targets

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Has 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.

Has excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Is confident, proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.

Can build meaningful relationships and work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Location: Lagos.
