Community Growth Executive

Innovotio is hiring for a Fintech Company and we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Community Growth Executive to grow and manage online communities, drive engagement, strengthen member relationships, and turn community activities into measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and events.
• Drive member engagement, retention, referrals, and ambassador programmes.
• Generate leads and support programme enrolments and strategic partnerships.
• Support events, webinars, and studio activities.
• Track community growth, engagement, and lead generation metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in community management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking.
• A proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
