Job Summary
The Store Officers will support day-to-day warehouse and inventory management activities, including receipt, storage, posting, issuance, documentation, and stock control of materials. These roles will ensure timely SAP transactions, accurate inventory records, compliance with store procedures, and uninterrupted operational support across the Central Store and Workshop Store.
Job Roles (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- SAP posting of inventory transactions.
- Bin card maintenance and inventory record management.
- Stock counting and reconciliation.
- Housekeeping and safety management within the store.
- Timely support to user departments through efficient material management.
- BSc or HND in any of the following: Business Administration & Management, Accounting, Purchasing & Supply, Mathematics, Management Technology, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering with minimum of one year of experience in Inventory & store operations.
- Must have good Computer knowledge especially SAP ERP.
- Strong data analytics and financial reporting skills.
- Attention to Detail, Physical Stamina, Integrity, Time Management.
